Upon arrival we was greeted by a staff member who wasn’t helpful at all and remained sat down facing away from us, we was told we was no longer booked into the hotel and they’d booked us into the sister hotel when asking where this hotel is they responded with not here… after abit of back n forth we was given the name but that was all. we had to leave and walk to the other side of town whilst using google maps to locate this hotel, we was not impressed because when we compared the prices n the sizes of the room we had been downgraded. I have really bad arthritis we originally requested a bottom floor room due to help. We had to walk up 6 flights of stairs to the room with our own cases.

Been booked for months and now been told out of the blue that our booking has been cancelled. No further explanation offered. We have a family event booked on a very busy weekend in Edinburgh and will now struggle to get anywhere else. Think more than twice before you deal with these people.

Arrived on our anniversary to be told by a rude staff member (who didn’t even bother to get off his backside to greet us) that we were no longer booked in and were now booked in at their sister hotel, we asked where the other hotel was and he said ‘sorry I cant help you’ and went back to what he was doing… so we had to find the new hotel google maps, it was on the other side of town.. which ruined our anniversary weekend as we had to walk 2x further to get anywhere in Edinburgh plus there was no lift in the hotel and my boyfriend has chronic arthritis and was in agony all weekend!!
