Convenient location, large room. Very strong smell of what it seemed to be urine on the corridors

The rooms are well decorated and the location was convenient, that is all the positives unfortunately. Firstly, the rooms need a deep clean and a refresh, i didn’t want to take my socks off and touch the floor. Our room was separated by a wall seemingly built with paper, we could hear absolutely everything next door did in the bathroom, every conversation, wee, even brushing their teeth! On top of that, there’s building work happening on the building opposite and next door and the windows may as well not exist. It was like sleeping in a tent, we were sleeping at 9pm to make sure we got enough sleep before they started work at 7am! Also a super unsafe rule with handing your room key in every time you left the hotel, understandable until you come back to collect it and just say a number and you get given the key! A member of staff who had never seen me before just gave me the key, no check of ID or anything. Overall, this hotel is WAY overpriced for what it is, I was counting down the nights to leave and go stay in our travelodge, do not stay here !!!!

Eliza House surpassed expectations with impeccable service and luxurious accommodations. The staff's genuine hospitality made me feel warmly welcomed. The tastefully decorated room, complemented by modern amenities, provided a comfortable retreat. Its central location makes it highly recommended for a premium and sophisticated stay.

Cosy accommodation. It's an old house so what you see is what you get. The staff were outstanding.

It was perfect for what we needed, which was a clean place to stay and the tram line was very close. The location was a little ways from old town, but it was walkable or we could take the tram to get closer. There were some good restaurants and bars close by.

The heater did not work in ours and others that were in our group,rooms. The windows were left open and couldnt shut! The beds were hard as a rock. The showers had no preasure and barely got warm. Window covering in the bathroom was very insufficient. We received conflicting information about when we would be charged and how we were going to be refunded. I would not stay here again.
