Front desk experience was great and excellent. The room was gorgeous, enormous and wondrous! Wish we had coffee pods for the machine. It rained all day, and we ventured to a grocery store just to buy some pods but they didn't stock it. Would have been nice to have this little extra included with such an elegant hotel and experience.

I have stayed in many many Hotels throughout the world and honestly say that Hapimeg Hotel in Edinburgh has to stand out as one ,if not the best one. Rooms were out of this world and perfection in every respect. Staff were second to none, so friendly and helpful. Thank you for a beautiful memory.

The location of the resort was we good. Very close to the Dean Village and tram station. It took us 35 minutes from the airport to the resort by tram. The room had a beautiful view and was very stylishly furnished. It was a warm and cozy resort. The reception organized us some tours and made reservations for dinner. They were all very friendly. It is the best place to stay in Edinburg

The best hotel I have ever stayed in , so cozy and the stay was so perfect , the staff are so welcoming and friendly. The bed was extremely comfy and the room was immaculate, the room was absolutely stunning with the most beautiful ceilings had such an old charm about it. The bathroom was perfect, I loved we had a smart tv in our room so we could watch Christmas films. It was the perfect winter getaway we will definitely be back thank you so much Hapimag hotel you made our stay in Edinburgh absolutely perfect the dream hotel.

Goed degelijk hotel. Zeer Ruime kamers in typisch Engelse stijl. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Cleaningservice was buitengewoon, veel hotels gehad, maar deze dame of heer heeft alles keurig geordend opgeruimd en schoongemaakt, perfect 👌🏻 Helaas vergeten iets achter te laten, hopelijk krijgen we die kans morgen.

Our apartment was fantastic in every way - spacious, spotless, comfortable, and Hapimag was a joy to stay at. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Our room was ready early which was a bonus, but Hapimag were happy to look after our luggage in any case. Although there is no catering on site, you can order breakfast items to be picked up from reception the next day, and the on-site 'honesty box's shop covered the few things we needed. In terms of location, Hapimag is approximately 10 minutes walk from the western end of Prince's Street - perfect. All the benefits of being close to the key attractions yet with the relative peace and grandeur of the Georgian New Town. My husband and 2 grown up daughters were very happy and comfortable in our suite - it was a true home from home. Thank you Hapimag for your wonderful service!
