房間中規中矩，設施齊全。床墊和枕頭舒適，休息的非常好。房間隔音良好，沒有聽到隔壁房間的聲音。工作人員態度親切，會主動詢問瓶裝水是否足夠。唯一不習慣的地方是茶水吧設在櫃子裏，裏面又沒有燈，黑乎乎看不清。

就在火車站旁邊，走路3分鐘，最棒的是在旅遊巴士終點站對面，孩子兩天一直在坐，整體感覺很不錯，挺新，床很舒服，推薦！

預訂的城景房，結果在2樓，窗户望出去是天井牆壁。浴室用品極簡，浴室洗澡後到處都是水，水都倒流到浴室門口，浴室也沒有玻璃或者其他設定與洗漱台隔離，倒流的水導致洗漱和上廁所極其不便。另外寄存行李一件要2磅，真的是夠黑，還好衹訂了一晚，果斷先搬行李到僅距離一兩百米的另一家酒店zzz，另一家酒店房間態度都好太多太多，窗口還能看見卡爾頓山。一路上這家酒店性價比最低最低了
