At breakfast it was irritating that sitting 2people on the bench it meant that to get toast etc the inside person had to get the other person to move. Also had to keep catching waiters eye to get more coffee.

Our room was in a separate building in the garden, which meant it was nice and quiet and we had our privacy. We really enjoyed our stay. The bus/tram stop was not far, making it easy to get into the city.

The hotel and its staff were excellent. They were always willing to meet your needs. The rooms were very well designed and clean, especially the bathroom. The location was great. You can reach Princes Street in just 25 minutes on foot. The bus stop was very close to the hotel. we could even say it was directly in front of it. By bus, you can reach almost anywhere in 10 minutes. The rooms were quiet and warm.

Very good stay
Disappointed that we were downgraded to a 'cozy' room which is code for tiny, but it was a nice room, staff were lovely and the atmosphere was great for the rugby as well as the location. All in all a lovely stay and we will be back

Only stayed for one night but the room had a very chill and modern vibe. There is a bus stop outside that takes you closer into the city as parking inside the city centre is quite expensive. Great for couples.
