Perfect location, incredible rooms, food and awesome staff. This hotel is a gem! Loved the beds, the spacious shower and all the room amenities. The rooms were also quiet and we got really restful sleep. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Edinburgh!

My girlfriend and I had a great night staying on the weekend. The service was great throughout the whole stay. The room was well kitted for guests. The girls on the desk were very friendly. Breakfast was great with a lot of options. Will definitely return!

A unique, boutique hotel. Modern, stylish, quirky, stunning cocktail bar, lounging and dining areas. Spacious rooms with everything that you could need. Initial reaction was awe, but then there is a price to match! Great for that special occasion. However, there are little things which ever-so-slightly let it down, such as a broken handle, a broken soap dish, holey and frayed bathrobes and lack of hot water the following morning. In isolation, these could be over-looked but when you are paying a premium, you expect these little things to not be there - one's standards are high. Credit to the management after our departure, and after us raising this matter, that service recovery was offered. We shall return as if the hotel manages to keep on top of its maintenance and uphold high standards then it will remain a very special place indeed.

Great place to stay. Service was impeccable. Rooms were nice. If you're young and single, which I'm not, this was the place to be for the night life. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of menu items. Staff was helpful thru out our stay. We would definitely stay again.

Fantastic stay at Tigerlily for a special birthday treat. Every member of staff were so cheerful & friendly & couldn’t do enough for us. We stayed in a classic double room which had the comfiest king size bed and lovely toiletries. We had a great view towards the Queensferry bridge. Breakfast was delicious with a great choice of food. Cocktail bar was very relaxing with great cocktails in plush surroundings. We were also given 2 free cocktails as a birthday treat. Excellent location, only a short walk to Princes Street. We have recommended the Tigerlily to all our friends.

We absolutely love this place and everything about it! Beautiful decor, stunning rooms and people, people who work there have true passion for making you feel like you belong there and nothing is ever a bother. Everything from check in to check out is on point and staff is outstanding, we love the way we are made feel while being there, even if you just stop by for some drinks. Highly recommend and can not wait to go back!
