What a great find this was normally stay in st Andrews square area however went for one and so glad we did Stunning boutique hotel .resteraunt and bar areas beautifully adorned Food was fantastic. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. The biggest asset to this hotel are the wonderful friendly attentive and efficient staff Would recommend in a heartbeat

A lovely trendy hotel. Beautiful seating and bar as you walk in through the main entrance. Very nice restaurant, but we only used for breakfast, food was really enjoyable. We had a fabulous room, very spacious, huge 6 foot bed. Sadly not a nice view from the wall of windows. Really good roomy bathroom with walk in shower. Mini bar which we did not use, although got charged for, but this was quickly rectified. Hotel was in a good location, not on main drag but near enough. No parking on site but NCP carpark 10 minutes walk away, although we got discount, it was still £70 for 2 days. Also plenty of Ubers to get you round Edinburgh. A great hotel I’d visit again.

Stayed in a double room - room needs renovation chairs damaged- reported to receptionist but wasn’t even offered alternative room. Dressing Gown should have been supplied asked at reception they said would deliver to room never came during stay. On further inspection of room something noted in air vent and curtains also hanging off. Almost fell off toilet as seat loose. Overal disappointed have stayed a few times but looks like standards are not as before

Very friendly, made to feel welcome from the Auzzie on the door to the staff that served the food. All of the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Truly a great experience, will go back again and again. Bedroom was big enough and very clean. Staff made suggestions of where to visit, which turned out very well.

Perfect location, incredible rooms, food and awesome staff. This hotel is a gem! Loved the beds, the spacious shower and all the room amenities. The rooms were also quiet and we got really restful sleep. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Edinburgh!

My girlfriend and I had a great night staying on the weekend. The service was great throughout the whole stay. The room was well kitted for guests. The girls on the desk were very friendly. Breakfast was great with a lot of options. Will definitely return!

A unique, boutique hotel. Modern, stylish, quirky, stunning cocktail bar, lounging and dining areas. Spacious rooms with everything that you could need. Initial reaction was awe, but then there is a price to match! Great for that special occasion. However, there are little things which ever-so-slightly let it down, such as a broken handle, a broken soap dish, holey and frayed bathrobes and lack of hot water the following morning. In isolation, these could be over-looked but when you are paying a premium, you expect these little things to not be there - one's standards are high. Credit to the management after our departure, and after us raising this matter, that service recovery was offered. We shall return as if the hotel manages to keep on top of its maintenance and uphold high standards then it will remain a very special place indeed.
