Such a great hotel for it's price. I never got a slipper and hot chocolate in a UK hotel room before. And stuff are very friendly.

Great location, easy parking and lovely helpful staff, but glad we got a good deal on the room as ours was looking very tired and could have done with a new carpet. I would have been disappointed with the room if I had paid nearly £200 for it.

It is just near the Spain Visa Centre. Everything is great. The room space is very big. But the bad thing is that at that night, the fire alarm was tripped multiple times at 4:00am and also went off three times after that which made people very insecure.

Have stayed over Malmaisons before so easy choice to make but the location was perfect with lovely walk from Leith to Edinburgh and the staff and food were fantastic. We look forward to a future visit.

Stayed here with a group of friends from work and had an amazing time. We were in town for a wedding and al stayed here. The cocktails in the bar were amazing and we were able to enjoy them out on the terrance in a break in the rain! Our room had a view of the water outside and we loved it.

Ms agi made absolutely stunning drinks which tasted perfect and there was a worker called mr Piotr which gave a brilliant service would definitely recommend it can be a pleasant experience coming to malmasion for a stay and definitely coming again!

Great atmosphere, amazing hospitality from Agi, Piotr and Martina . Food delicious. For sure we will come back . Perfect locations, very quick service. Recommend for family dinners and lunches .lovely decor

Great stay, lovely staff, easy and fast check in, lovely clean and spacious suite. Lovely continental breakfast delivered to our room as we had to check out early before the cooked breakfast began.
Only slight minor was the windows in our room were rattling and draughty which was only highlighted as it was a very windy January night in Edinburgh. 99% of the time I’m sure you wouldn’t notice that.
