Apex City of Edinburgh Hotel

Good and central Close to everything. Parking possible. You walk in and out of the hotel unabashedly.

It was under renovation when I checked in, it was noisy during the day, Ctrip didn't warn me

This hotel was originally divided into two buildings. One of the rooms had just been renovated and the smell was quite strong. Later, thanks to the baby, we were going to the supermarket to buy drinks. When we went out, we found that there was an APEX 100 meters away, so we asked the waiter to change rooms. The waiter was very enthusiastic to help us. The problem was solved and I moved to a room in another building. The carpet in that building was new and there was a bit of formaldehyde smell, but the room was relatively good, especially the room type facing the castle view, which was large and had a good view. Edinburgh Castle was right outside the window. There was different drinking water in the corridor of the hotel. I don’t know much about the varieties. I don’t know what the water breakfast buffet + ordering mode is. I love the Scottish breakfast so much. Even an ordinary boiled egg can taste different from the mainland. It also has a delicious shape and I have learned a lot about Scotland. The haggis scones and roasted mushrooms are something I have never tasted before. Edinburgh is a city built on a hill. You have to go up and down in the city. In fact, you don’t even have to walk from the train station to the hotel. You have to go through many steps and up and down slopes on the way. You can also see a lot of scenery along the way. If you are not in good physical condition, you can take a taxi to the hotel. There is a relatively flat square outside the hotel.

The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to Victoria Street and Edinburgh castle. The castle can be seen from the large windows in the hotel lobby. The service staff are friendly and responsive. I'm so happy that I chose the right hotel.

It was a very good experience. The hotel is very central and the rooms are very clean. I will definitely stay at Apex on my next holiday.
