Fantastic! They must have upgraded us because the experience was amazing. The whole place was large and new, and the apartment-style setup was incredibly well-equipped, making it feel just like home. The service was top-notch, truly touching. The hotel's location is superb, with supermarkets nearby, and it's a safe area. A quick heads-up: when using navigation (especially Baidu or Gaode Maps from China), **do not** take West Maitland Road. It's a fast lane and not meant for pedestrians or regular traffic. Instead, you can set your intermediate destination to Heymarket Station (train station) to avoid this incorrect route.

The apartment is spacious. Though it's hard to find on the first day. But the location is actually OK. Centre and near to restaurant, supermarket etc. Overall a satisfying stay.

The room was very spacious and came with a full kitchen, including a coffee maker and microwave. It was also very clean, and the bathroom was large, making it perfect for families. Supermarkets and restaurants are easy to find nearby, and it's within walking distance of the old town attractions.

It was an excellent stay in the city of Edinburgh!

The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was cozy and comfortable. The space was very spacious, enough to accommodate a family. It came with a washing machine and a kitchen, though you'll need to buy your own condiments for the kitchen. It's a bit of a distance from Edinburgh city center, but a taxi ride is under £10, making it very convenient. Public transport is also an option.

We were upgraded to a two-bedroom apartment, which was incredibly spacious. They even provided a fan, which, while not essential for cooling, was great for circulating air. The laundry service was free. Remember that the first four coffee capsules in the room are complimentary, and subsequent ones incur a charge. Overall, our stay was very comfortable. The only minor issue was that our upgraded room might have been an accessible one, as the bathroom and shower didn't have a separate partition. This meant the whole bathroom got quite wet after a shower, but a quick mop solved it. Other amenities like an oven, microwave, and plenty of dishes were all provided.

The room largely matched the description and offered good value for money overall. However, the fridge in our room was broken and wouldn't close properly. After speaking with the front desk, they fixed it while we were out on the second day. It worked for a few hours, but then stopped closing again, so we had to wedge a piece of paper in it. Also, the drain tends to clog easily, so if you're not careful, the bathroom can flood. The heating was good, it was clean and relatively quiet, and had well-equipped kitchen facilities. There's a supermarket within walking distance. There's also paid underground parking available (14 pounds/day). You need to check with the front desk first, then drive a few meters forward, press a button, and the front desk will open the gate for you to park. Edinburgh isn't very big, so if you're up for it, you can walk to the castle and the Old Town. Public transport nearby is also convenient.

The sofa bed wasn't very clean and we had to make it ourselves. Parking cost £32 for two nights. The hotel also mistakenly charged my room fee in the middle of the night, but thankfully Ctrip handled it promptly.

The room was fantastic, fully equipped, and we could even make our own breakfast. The numerous security measures at the room entrance made us feel very safe. It was quiet at night, and we could walk to all the attractions. There's also a supermarket nearby. We'll definitely stay here again.

Great size, great location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Was close to where we needed to be and the transport links. 10/10

The location is very strategic. Easy access. Near to Bus & Tram station. And we can walk to other attraction places ie: Princess St, The Royal Miles

Not so much restaurant around but luckily have one Tesco Express (Convenient store) nearby so can buy anything to cook in the apartment 👍
