Very noisy in the morning because it’s on the ground floor right next to the staff room, you can hear clearly hear door shutting and wake up from your sleep.
Location is very good, that’s for sure.
I’m a bit disappointed when the reception heard the second day of our stay was my wife’s birthday nothing happened - not even a card with a few nice words, you still need to ask tea bags yourself, that’s lame compared to the Locke in Manchester where we got a free drink coupon - that’s the right way to treat your regular customer!

設施：酒店屬於公寓式酒店，衞生間廚房，正常的餐具鍋鏟都有，但是沒有拖鞋，地板比較硬，而且涼，踩着很不舒服。燈光比較暗。
衞生：整體衞生乾淨整潔，地板有些顆粒粉末質感，衞生間地面有些不太乾淨。
環境：距離主要景點稍微遠了一些，但是也還可以。周圍還是比較熱鬧的。
服務：Danni很熱情，服務很好，有求必應基本上，遇到問題可以及時解決。

這家公寓式酒店在愛丁堡新城區 ，房間不大但很舒適 廚房電器、洗衣機、碗盤配套齊全，偶爾還能買食材自己做做飯，不過入住幾天是沒有人來打掃的，不過如果需要扔垃圾可以聯繫前台，酒店跟愛丁堡城堡很近，可以步行前往。酒店周圍店鋪很多，吃的穿的 還有小超市
