Very large loft, moderately old and new, suitable for a group trip. However, there was no staff and I made several calls when I checked in, so I needed to enter a password to check in.

The apartment is nice and kind of comfy, except for one big miss (below) which kills the experience. The average rating comes from the lack of customers support / attention from the staff.
It is just absurd that in a large well equipped apartment there is no adequate coffee machine: there is only a kettle with Nescafé bags and a French press with no coffee. The fob are induction ones and it is not possible to use an external coffee machine (which we had brought). When called to ask for help, the reaction of the employee pointed to having received multiple times the complaint but never cared to do anything about it (same for me). So this was a quite disturbing attitude - I know but don’t care - and the very fact that you can’t make yourself a decent coffee when you wake up in the morning really lowers the quality of the experience by A LOT

Perfectly placed to visit Edinburgh, the apartment is only a short walk from Princes Street. A little uphill to start the day but downhill after a long day seeing the sights. The apartment is well equipped with all you need to self cater and there are a few eateries within easy walking distance if you fancy a night out. Best to book because they can sometimes get full. And don't always take what it says on line. We tried to book the Conan Doyle on line and it said they were full for a few nights. We popped in and booked no problem.

El último día, estaba muy caliente el departamento y no supimos moverle ni a quien hablarle. No hay ascensor y tuvimos que subir las maletas 2 niveles y fue muy pesado. Todo lo demás muy cómodo y muy bien situado.

Fabulous apartment perfectly placed to visit Edinburgh. Just a short (uphill) walk takes you to Princes Street where you can pick up the hop on hop off bus or walk to the delights Edinburgh has to offer. The well equipped apartment has everything you need for self catering and is surrounded by various eateries, though I would advise popping in to book. Parking is a little hard to find but once you're in the car is in a locked yard at the back of the property so only a few yards to carry the cases. Overall the apartment was the perfect base for a city break.

La struttura si trova in Broughton Street, facilmente raggiungibile sia in auto che con i mezzi (tram in Picardy Place) e a 15 minuti a piedi dal Royal Mile. L'appartamento che ci è stato assegnato (n. 3 al primo piano) è andato oltre le nostre aspettative, immenso, pulito e ben arredato, con due bagni e disposto su tre livelli: ingresso con bagno (doccia), salone con divano a tre posti, poltrona, tavolino, cassettiere e mensole, due finestroni ampi con vista sui palazzi in Broughton Street; si scendo tre gradini e c'è la cucina super accessoriata, con lavastoviglie e lavatrice e con spazioso piano di lavoro (unico appunto: il tavolino rotondo è davvero piccolo, per noi italiani abituati ad apparecchiare la tavola!); sempre dal salotto, si sale la scala in legno e si arriva alla camera da letto, con letto king size e due cabine armadio, oltre al secondo bagno (con vasca-doccia). Ci troviamo talmente bene in questo appartamento che decidiamo di cenare per due sere in casa, approfittando del nostro dirimpettaio, un ottimo fish&chips da asporto. Consigliamo a tutti questa struttura!

A first floor apartment was given due to hubbies breathing difficulties . We’re oldies so easy to get in and out . The space for two people is amazing . Fabulously clean apartment credit to the staff behind the scenes ! Fluffy towels which aren’t hard ..and beautiful pillows and a large comfy bed . We’ve had the best time ever . Thankyou Destiny we’ve loved our bolthole. Great pub and chippy over the road and a relatively easy walk all be it uphill to the hop on hop off buses .
