The hotel is old school, the mattresses are not soft for a long time, the breakfast is ordinary but the location is close to everywhere

No soundproofing. Everytime neighbour flushed toilet sounded like ours was being flushed. Wall paper thin can hear everything going on in corridor. Small single bed, very uncomfortable. Pillow rock hard. Shower good but drains blocked and flooded bathroom. Towels old, grey and thin. No tea and coffee making facilities in room. No where to get a hot or cold drink in hotel. No private parking. We had to park in car park 2and day and pay. Receptionists very miserable and unhelpful young and old, not interested in any problems , ours was with parking, we had to pay. Reception area and toilets in the lobby, super clean, modern and comfortable, upstairs a different story. No minibar in room. No terrace in hotel. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment. Ordered takeaway dinner through menu at reception from selimiye kebab, it was excellent. Location excellent for shopping and sights but very noisy inside and outside hotel. I would not stay here again. You can get a far superior, cleaner, quiter, with parking hotel in the city centre with more facilities for the same money or less.

Uns wurde gesagt, dass die Hotel Zimmer ,,Cok Güzel" sind, also sehr schön. Und ausserdem wurde uns gesagt, dass wir das schönste Zimmer hätten. Das Zimmer war eine katastrophe. Das Badezimmer sah aus, als wäre seit Jahren nichts mer renoviert worden.
