There were so many twisted hairs in the sheets and quilt that I couldn't pick them all up! There were also indescribable stains! We changed to another room and there were fewer hairs, but there were still a lot! There were no disgusting stains! The heater was roaring! I didn't sleep all night! What's even more disgusting is that I asked Ctrip to resolve the issue. I didn't want to ask for a refund at first, but the hotel said that I didn't report this matter when I checked out, so no compensation would be given! This is ridiculous! Didn't I report this when I asked you to change rooms that night? I was in a hurry to leave the next day, and I had to waste time reporting it to you? It was already disgusting, and they had to continue to waste our time? Ctrip handled the matter very poorly, and only said that the hotel did not agree to a refund! As a platform, shouldn't Ctrip supervise hotels? Such an obviously disgusting hotel, how can it be allowed to continue to stay on the platform? Ctrip, if you remove this hotel, I won't have to pay compensation!

The room is nice and the health condition is very good. There are several hypermarkets, large supermarkets and restaurants around. The boss seems to be Chinese and speaks Mandarin well. The hotel is right next to the overpass and is easy to find with the navigation.

There is only hot water in the washbasin

The roadway into the property can be slightly annoying due to the way the highway is separated but this is minor and somewhat common.overall good.

I stay here frequently when I have business in the area. I have absolutely nothing bad to say. Bed and pillows are great. Everything is clean. Breakfast is fine. I'll definitely be back next business trip. Also, there is a McDonald's and Applebees in the next parking lot.

Room was incomplete disrepair. Broken heating air conditioning, system, phone in operable coating on the shower and bathroom coming off. Visible hole in wall of bathroom.

I've stayed here a few times before and it was fine. The rooms are a decent size, clean and quiet. The women at the front desk have always been nice. This time, however, did not go well. Check in is at 3. I arrived at 1:30 and asked if I could check in. The man at the front desk said only if you pay $30 for early check in. I've stayed at many hotels and never had anyone say that to me. I did not pay and returned at 3. I reserved 2 rooms. One room was fine other than the sink faucet was broken. The other room smelled awful and you could feel the dampness. Upon further inspection, the ceiling was covered in black mold. Not just one spot. It was all over the ceiling. I asked for another room. The room I was moved to smelled mildly better and still had mold, but less than the first room. I didn't feel like moving my stuff a second time so ****** it up. It rained overnight and water came in the closed window. I found more mold on the carpet in the area where that water came in. The hotel really needs to deal with their mold problem. There are things I can overlook because the price is relatively inexpensive, but the mold situation is bad. I don't like giving a bad review, but I wouldn't recommend staying here for health and safety reasons.

The bedding was clean and comfortable, but only doubles, not queens! There was mold at the front corner of the tub, where it meets the floor!

The check-in person was very rude to us when we checked in at 12:30am.
