A bit dated, no kitchenware, had a very damp smell, the internet and TV weren't good, and the breakfast was a protein bar and bagel in a bag. The hotel staff was nice, so theirs that.

The majority of the people staying here actually live here. Therefore it's like staying in a studio apt building but not in a bad way. Everyone interacted with was extremely helpful and nice

The staff here are extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The kitchenette was not equipped with anything, but a quick visit to the front desk was all it took to get everything we needed! Everyone was pleasant and professional. We needed to extend our stay an extra day, and it was a breeze. Definitely recommend staying here.

The room stunk like urine. I complained and tried to get the room changed but it was sold out for the night. The guy at the front tried his best to spray an industrial cleaner but the stink came right back after about 24 hours. This is even AFTER i scrubbed the kitchen floor with a floor cleaner he provided me. Unfortunately my business here got extended and I had to extend my stay by one more night. THEN to make my day even worst, my poor wife locked herself out of the room while I was at work and the lady at the front desk had the nerve to give her an attitude because we “checked out” but didn’t “check back in” thus needing my ID again…..What sense does that make?? Why would I check out just to check back in. We never checked out. I have NEVER had an experience like this in my life and I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere for a night stay. For 100 a night- you deserve better. Spend the extra money and go somewhere where they value your patronage. I spend good money here.. it’s my go-to for business trips like this and I’ve stayed here quite a few times but I will NEVER EVER be back.
