A bit dated, no kitchenware, had a very damp smell, the internet and TV weren't good, and the breakfast was a protein bar and bagel in a bag. The hotel staff was nice, so theirs that.

The majority of the people staying here actually live here. Therefore it's like staying in a studio apt building but not in a bad way. Everyone interacted with was extremely helpful and nice

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, my family and I experienced a significant issue during our stay that significantly impacted our overall experience. We encountered heavy **** smoke and noise from other guests and their pets, which affected our ability to enjoy our stay. This issue falls well below the standards expected of a hotel of your caliber.
As a result of the smoke, we were inconvenienced in numerous ways. I experienced throat irritation and nausea while my parents had headaches and coughing. These issues not only impacted our stay but also caused us significant stress and frustration.

First of all, this hotel is nearby to absolutely nothing. It's in a cold industrial neighborhood. The room itself was OK: comfortable bed, desk, leather easy chair. The little kitchen had a very loud refrigerator, which I finally unplugged. The bathroom light included a loud rickety ceiling fan that could not be turned off without turning off the light. One-switch wonder. Worst of all, they apparently allow DOGS - I think I counted three - that yipped and barked from 7:30am, in the hallway, with the owners barking back in the harshest and inconsiderate fashion. I will not be returning to this place, that's for sure. If you book this place, be SURE to bring noise-cancelling ear plugs.
