The room wasn't clean. There was broken glass shards under the ironing board and sharp glass chips in the carpet and along the baseboard by the bathroom

Simple and clean hotel. Although not upscale or fancy, it was peaceful and we got a good night's rest after a long drive. Breakfast offered scrambled eggs, sausage toast with jelly, sweet rolls, yogurt and juice. Conveniently located right off the interstate and easy to find.

Dirty! Dirty! Hairdryer didn’t work. Changed rooms & still dirty! Bed was worn out!!
Things need updated! Both showers/tubs filled with water! Gross!

This property is filthy. They have mold everywhere in the bathroom. They deserve no stars. The manager is rude. I called the city on them. I'm sure they will fail an inspection. I told ******* this place should NOT be allowed to book rooms on their site.

Our first room was still being cleaned when we arrived. They immediately gave us another after we asked but it was inundated with the smell of bleach. The two kids that checked us in weren't very friendly but the gentleman who helped us later was very friendly and helpful. I really like how open and spacious the room was. The heater worked great. The hot water was ample and it was very quiet on the first floor. The pool was nice but the breakfast needed additional items.

Taking into consideration the price of the hotel being one of the cheaper places it was a good deal. Housekeeping however doesn’t do a good job. There was ********** on the floors of the bathroom and stuck to the walls in the shower. The coffee maker was never cleaned and had grinds still in it. We stayed 4 nights and the walls are very thin cause the kids next door to us were very loud screaming and crying.

I have stayed in this hotel several times over the past 3 years, and I have slowly seen the deterioration over my past stays. My next visit to Edmond I will not be staying here. The bathroom was dirty, hair everywhere. The mattress was VERY uncomfortable, when I turned on the the air condition/heater it sounded like a freight train, very loud as long as it was on.
