We did have a roach in our room and the carpet is pretty worn out with a funky smell, like it’s been smoked in for 20 years. For a 1 night quick stay this place was fine. You can tell it used to be a nice high end hotel but they’ve neglected it. Needs a revamp for sure, or just a deep clean

The property is older, but with that comes some more unique designs, not like all other cookie cutter furniture and fixtures. The room was great and the bathroom had been recently redone. The shower was excellent! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The hotel was super nice and very convenient to St. Louis airport. We did have a loud party going on in the room next door until the after 2:00 a.m. Couldn't gent an answer at the front desk for over an hour but finally got through and security came up. Shuttle to airport was great.

We were forced to stay at this hotel as they had a contract with the soccer showcase at Creve Coeur soccer park that all players on our team had to stay at this hotel. When we arrived, they had 3 of us booked into a room with 2 double beds with no fold out sofa. Upon request they moved us to a 1/2 room with a king bed and a fold out sofa that barely fit into the room and was hard as a rock. It took two of us to extricate the extremely difficult pull-out handle. My son opted to sleep on the couch instead. We had to ask for extra toilet paper as there was no extra toilet paper stocked in the room. They will not do maid service unless you ask for it. The door for the shower is on the same side as the toilet so it is difficult to place the shower mat down where you can step on it. Security was good as you had to have a UPC code to access the gate. Although you could drive through the wrong way back entrance and get in the lot. Key cards are required to access the elevators which provided additional security. They did provide me with a free toothbrush/toothpaste since I had forgotten mine. The linen on the bed was torn. The lobby was 4-star, but we spent little time there.
