這家酒店沒有服務，在這裏住宿提心吊膽，工作人員隨時吼你。前台房價比攜程網的房價低，當被詢問時，前台工作人員竟説謊話，説什麼我們的房間是套房改的，比其他房間大，我們入住後發現我們住的房間沒有任何改造跡象，也不比其他同類型房間大。
酒店設施非常破損嚴重，有圖可見。
衞生條件堪憂，房間有很大異味，餐廳一團糟（衹有一名服務員，工作期間在餐食擺放區吸煙，餐桌無人收撿，桌上地下一片狼藉，還有蒼蠅亂飛，早上餐食除了粥是熱的，其他全是冷食，主食衹有冷饅頭，菜也衹有幾個簡單涼拌菜。當客人問起為什麼都是冷食，服務員回答“我們這裏早晨都是冷的”，服務員對每一位進來就餐的客人都會説“吃完把餐具和廢棄物收拾回來”，給每位客人分發一個雞蛋，一位奶奶不知道她丈夫已經領走雞蛋，當她向服務員要雞蛋時，服務員大喊大叫，像是長者要多吃多佔的感覺，長者家嚇得趕緊説“我不吃了，我不吃了”）
