Great hotel, good welcome and great location in the city center.
We were able to do everything on foot from the hotel and had a great time in Eindhoven.
In addition, we were upgraded for the room and we were able to benefit from a super large room, with a magnificent bathroom, too bad the two-person jacuzzi was out of service but otherwise it was very pleasant and spacious.

The hotel claimed to have a 24-hour front desk, but when I tried to check out at 5 a.m., I found that there was no one at the front desk. I called several times but no one answered. Fortunately, I finally checked out smoothly. However the room was comfortable and clean, as was the toilet.
