ruhiges,liebevolles geführte kleine Hotel. Parken vor dem Hotel Zimmer sind sehr sauber,gemütlich,einfach zum wohfühlen. Kaffee und Tee Zubereitung möglich,Safe,Fön,Fernseher,Duschgel und Shampoo alles vorhanden. Frühstück ist absolut spitze,frisches Obst,Brot und Brötchen Auswahl usw.,es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und runden den Aufenthalt mit ihrer Art ab. Strand und Centrum in ca 500 Meter zu erreichen. Wenn Urlaub in Egmond aan Zee,dann nur noch in diesem Hotel.

Friendly small and quiet hotel near the dunes. Only a few minutes to the beach and to the town center. Very attentive service and delicious breakfast. Outdoor seating. Bicycle storage available. Parking in front of the house.

Advantages of this hotel: - very close to the dunes and the sea. When you step out of the hotel you are 20m from the dune area and it is wonderful to walk from there to the sea. - the bike rental was very close, so it was great to be able to cycle right on arrival. - the hotel is small-scale, which makes it cozier and more personal. - There were 2 communal toilets, these were very clean and it was nice if someone was taking a shower that you could still go to the toilet. - The parking was perfect; on the doorstep and not crowded. - The staff was very friendly, helpful and thoughtful. - Breakfast is self-service. It's generous, versatile and fresh. Delicious fresh fruit and if you have certain intolerances, such as a gluten allergy, this is excellently taken care of. The breakfast times ran from 8 to 9.30 and a quarter to 10 to 11. Very nice if you are not such an early riser and are still in bed until 10 o'clock. You had to write down your room number at a specific time for the next day. This worked fine. - About the room itself: nice beds (only if you are with 3 people, so third bed is a bit improvised). Nice bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. A combination of a rain and hand shower which was very nice. There was a hair dryer, coffee maker, refrigerator, safe, closet and TV provided. The room has a luxurious look and it all looked fresh. - free wifi In short, the hotel is definitely worth 5 stars! Things to keep in mind: - no covered bicycle shed - if you want to turn off the shower tap, you have to be careful not to turn it too far otherwise cold water will come out. - for the main room that could sleep 3 people, the third bed is improvised. It sleeps fine - no practical table (in the luxury room) - you could suffer from the ventilation if you sleep lightly. - the bathroom door handle creaks, especially if you have to go to the toilet at night, this is a nuisance. - night lights were too bright, but it was nice to read with.
