What a horrible service and overrated place. What should I start with? We had to wait until late afternoon for towels and bathroom accessories, the safe is not fixed to the wall, the lifeguard is pretty non-existent at the pools, breakfast opens at 8:45am, This place is for those who own shares in this place and come to visit, not for tourists at all! Avoid at all cost

Super rude and impolite. From the room service that isn’t provided even when asked multiple times, to the direction that at the first told us a price and at the end of our trip forced us to pay double the amount because of a “misunderstanding” even though we are paying fresh dollar. The pool is dirty, floors are always wet and many other problems. Would not recommend.
