Top notch 3 days at a lovely lodge in the heart of Kruger. Saw everything (big 5) including elephant and buffalo from the camp. Delicious food and first rate service from the friendly staff not to mention one of the best guide and tracker teams ever (thanks Conneth and Sipho!). Highly recommended we’ll definitely be back.

You won't go wrong if you stay at Lukimbi. Simply put, they handled everything flawlessly and the staff were all wonderful. The food was outstanding. The game drives were awesome (we did 8 of them). We saw every animal under the sun. The accommodations (rooms, grounds, facilities) were immaculate and every detail was thought of including hot water bottles for the morning safaris. This was a family trip, with our two 20-something daughters. They loved every minute and did not want to leave.

My family of five, my husband, myself, my 17-year-old daughter, and my 15 and 12-year-old sons, visited Lukimbi in early June. It was magical from the moment we stepped on the property to the moment we left. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel part of the family. The Safari drives and guides are everything we hoped for. The food is outstanding, and you will never be hungry. The lodge thinks of every detail and, if by chance, they did not think of something, they will remedy it immediately. Highly recommend!

We have stayed at several lodges over the years. Lukimbi was incredible in every way. The staff were outstanding, the food was delicious every meal, and the game drives were amazing. The only negative thing was that our stay was way too short. We will be back with more family next time.

Glad we chose Lukimbi to celebrate our 25th Anniversary! Had the best time in the safari sighting the big 5s, super guides, super staff .. bring vegetarian we didn’t have high hopes but I must admit every meal was scrumptious.. comparable to any Michael star restaurant!! We would highly recommend Lukumbi to all, it’s worth every penny!!

Lukimbi Safari Lodge is a private concession within the southern Kruger Park. It provides large bungalows and excellent service. My wife is visually impairment and the staff under the supervision of Thobile did everything to accommodate her needs. Julian and Stranger provided us with beautifull views of a male leopard in a tree, 7 lion cubs on the road and, quiet exceptional in the Kruger, 3 male cheetahs. Highly recommended.

We loved every minute of our stay made special by the friendliness of the staff. I really would like to commend Julian (guide) and Stranger (tracker) - they were extremely knowledgeable and made the trip extra special. We will definitely be back.
