The host - a consummate professional - he knows what he is doing. The house and pool were cleaned to a professional level in advance of our arrival. Customer service couldn't have been better. We shorted an appliance somehow and the host fixed it while we were out - in less than an hour - and apologized to us for the inconvenience. His commi**ent reminded me of the professionalism at Ritz Carlton hotels.
