cleaning is bad. no interest in the customer. No help. There is no flavor in the food. location is bad. I don't know what more to say. We wanted to change hotel. We did not want to stay in this hotel any longer. we were very disturbed.so horrible.

The Lagoona has improved greatly since our last stay a few years ago. The staff was very friendly and helpful; the hotel is very clean and attractive. Our room was cold but after a call to Housekeeping we quickly received a radiator that heated the room adequately and an extra blanket.. The bed was firm but not top notch. Minimal bath items...1 bar of soap, no body lotion, no shower cap but the shampoo was nice. The Food: The dining room was a celebration of colorful, fresh salads! Unfortunately the main courses were not great. There were tiny "amnon" (Talapia) fish one day, overcooked chicken liver another day and brisket that the chef insisted upon shredding rather than slicing across the grain which made it inedible. What a shame. At breakfast there was herring but no salmon. The choices of breads weren't great - no bagels or sourdough bread. I didn't try the desserts but they looked very nice. Lots of fruit but surprisingly no bananas! They are trying but I wouldn't call it a 4 star hotel!

Even during a war, the Lagoona is a really well run hotel. Staff are all professional and responsive. Rooms are super clean and the food is way beyond what you would normally expect from hotel food. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms and lovely outdoor space add up to make this a really excellent choice in Eilat.

The Hotel is great and is situated in an excellent position. It is very close to the promenade and shops. The room is large and the bed comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful and go out of their wayto please. The food is delicious. Highly recommended.

We had a great time in Lagoona. Hotel , the food was amazing, tge rooms clean and spacious. The staff very nice and helpful the location it is great near the beach. You can go to the Isrotel Private Beach under Royal Beach Hotel as a Isrotel Guest. Free drinks and cocktails , coffee and cakes.nice pool , entertainment team for kids a lot of activities for kids

We hada ice vacation at lGoona. Best food a dbezt service. The rooms are spacious , the food it isgreat!! The location it is the best near the ice mall andneR the north beach. Many shops around the hotel. Entertainment for children and adults. Kindergardenfor kids. Ay zone for bigger kids. Free drinks and alcobol

This is an all inclusive hotel , three meals a day and free drinjs cocktails and coffee ,cakes , ice cream , pizza. The rooms are spacious and very clean , a balcony , soffa and doublle bed . Mini bar , kettle and a smart tv. The location its great near the ice mall and the north beach 50 meters till the beach. Entertainment all day long

Everything was EXCEPTIONAL! From the min at the reception to the food area and staff at dining through room service, EVERYTHING was REALLY REALLY GREAT!!! Will DEFINITELY go back there on our next vacation!
