La station de Eilat n’a pas beaucoup d’intérêt. Les points positifs de l’hôtel sont ses 2 belles piscines mais attention elles ferment à 18h… donc impossible de se rafraîchir après une journée d’excursion à Petra par exemple. Le service, les chambres et le personnel ne sont pas à la hauteur d’un 4,5 étoiles annoncées. Hôtel plein, impossible de se garer, foire d’empoigne aux check-in et check out. La plage privée est de l’autre côté d’une route passante 2x2voies sans passage piéton et plage sans intérêt. La clim vieillissante ne fonctionne que quand quelqu’un est dan sla pièce donc quand vous reveniez la chambre est une fournaise. Pas de mini bar, ni de room service… bref notre séjour de 2 nuits a été plus que largement suffisamment dans cet hotel

hotel au calme verdoyant de palmier. tres propre.
tres belle piscine. nous venons regulierement en voiture. plage a coté. reserve naturelle de coraux et poissons. ideal pour la plongée ou snorkeling.
tres bon service et tres belle vue de la chambre.
je recommande viviement.

Usually we Love the Isrotel collection hotels and we always say we want to come back. This was our first time in this hotel and the lobby is beautiful, the restaurant is great, the dining room is awesome and we had a blast in the pool. But- and it's a serious but- the room ain't comfortable. We took the garden family suite, we have a 5 year old and a 1 year old and it was crowded. When the room is ain't comfortable the staying is hard. Furthermore, the floor of the room wasn't clean. We walked with socks and they became black- again, not very comfortable feeling.

Everything was great: smooth online check-in, room was ready by 11:00! and had amazing view (we took Almog room with pool view), quiet and inviting pools, the larger one is good for morning laps, food variety and quality are superb, and above all the personal friendly touch of the management. The beach is just across thr road and with the new shading straw umbrellas it looks better than ever before. We spent Yom Kippur here, I enjoyed the hotel facilities and the beach and my partner, who was fasting, enjoyed the solitude and views of our room.

No parking spaces. My car was scratched because of narrow space. Very small room. AC barely works despite high heat outside
