Received a dirty room and only on the third pass they managed to clean the hair that left over on the toilet room. Door lock was faulty and it took the sraff nearly half an hour to arrive and fix it. Very bad Accustics, you ca hear the rooms nextvto you and the people outside. Noisy air condition in the room. As if this is the only hotel in Eilat.

We booked to take our grandchildren and their parents to this hotel for a short all inclusive break. After booking we received a communication in Hebrew which (as native English speakers) we finally worked out meant that the pool was out of service for our stay. I wrote to the hotel in English asking if there was any arrangement for nearby pool access and if there was, would there be any refreshments at the alternative pool. Having asked no less than 5 times and been ignored, I asked the Leonardo Advantage Club (we are members and have visited this hotel twice previously) the same questions 3 times - and was ignored as before. I then escalated this matter to senior Leonardo staff via personal contacts only to be told that whilst an adjacent hotel pool was available no refreshments would be available to us at the neighbouring pool. I would also add that the hotel exuded an air of tiredness and lack of maintenance. The dedicated children's area lacked the basic safety standards that exist in Europe. The communal areas, particularly the hallways in the accommodation blocks had dangerously cracked and uneven tiling. I personally saw one child trip headlong over an uneven floor. Had the child been mine I would be taking legal action against the hotel. I could add other maintenance issues with our rooms but I feel enough has been said. As I said above, we visited the hotel twice in the past but to be ignored in this way so many times when asking a simple question leaves me with no option but to conclude that customer service and safety within the Fattal is purely a fiction. This is no way to provide customer service and this chain has lost both our custom and that of our extended family who were disappointed by what should have been a great family vacation. I cannot in any way recommend this hotel and in view of our overall poor experience it is difficult to justify more than an overall score of 2/5 - and in that I feel I may be overgenerous.

The room is small and the pool is not that big due to the number of people swiming in it!! No enough chairs around the pool! The food was fine but not that delicious food! Bad service! I will not stay again in it

A good hotel, very conveniently located to go to the border with Jordan, walk in the evenings near the yachts and amusement park, go shopping, buy excursions and souvenirs. I would especially like to thank the receptionist, Yasha, who promptly helped me in all matters, was polite and friendly. Thank you! The restaurant amazes with an abundance of dishes, snacks, fruits, seasonings and all kinds of seeds. I was pleased with the opportunity to make freshly squeezed orange juice for myself - for free. I also want to thank the waitress Elena. Thank you for the wine, I drank it with gratitude. The hotel is well located for trips to Jerusalem and Bethlehem, you will be one of the last to be picked up and one of the first to be brought back. And the hotel will take care of you and organize a delicious late dinner. The bar satisfied me, although I’m not a big drinker, but you can have a nice sit in the lobby. I was there after Epiphany, the prices were optimal, the occupancy was not high, those who had been on vacation for a long time said that the hotel was full to capacity for Epiphany. Recommendations: Take rooms with a view of the amusement park or the pool. I lived on the third floor with such a view, everyone came to me to take pictures on the balcony. In Eilat there is a show of singing fountains (I don’t remember the schedule) and a take-out market, it works on Thursdays and you can walk to it from the hotel. In January you can enjoy ripe strawberries, pineapples and sweet dates. In general, I can say that Israel is a cheap and very calm country, which is strange. But it’s comfortable here, many speak Russian, everyone is very friendly and the prices are very reasonable (excursions are cheaper than Egypt or Turkey). Recommendations: To the Dead Sea and Jordan - take swimwear and a baptismal shirt. Immediately set yourself the attitude - I will go into the water. Dress warmer in Jerusalem and Bethlehem (I'm talking about January) because... The weather there is colder than in Eilat. I also recommend taking replacement shoes, water and a small supply of food. Have a nice trip everyone. Give me a note with good wishes to the Western Wall. Shalom.

My husband booked this as a surprise for a New Years Eve break , after reading the reviews I wanted to cancel as they were not very good , his attitude, is that it can’t be that bad, omg it is Check is is quick, but the first thing you notice that no one is wearing a mask - but wait the law is that in hotels we should be wearing a mask, we need to show our green pass and I was even sent 2 e mails to make sure I brought it with me , no one asked for it , omg COVID heaven , the staff are not even wearing them so can how can the guests wear them , kids are supposed to show they have been tested , not in this hotel , gel is available, ha ha bottles are empty . I asked to speak or write to the duty manager , I was blocked , I left my phone number , someone phone me back regarding my concerns and said I was wrong we are handing out masks , I have pictures of no one wearing masks , out of all the guests and staff maybe 2% of people wearing masks, yuck Food , omg gross, mainly served cold , we got to every meal time when the doors opened , so why was it cold , Rooms are old need updating Bar staff try their best , but would rather just stand around talking to themselves then serve , none of them speak English , in fact no one working in this hotel spoke English I have stayed all over the country in these hotels but this one really is gross 🤮, no one needs to answer this review , you would not come to talk to me yesterday, so don’t bother now By the way don’t bring any cloths to wear as the dress code in this hotel in PJ’s 24 hours a day , In fact choose a different hotel ,
