The hotel is very low level The staff is really not nice and uninviting Very small rooms I strongly do not recommend coming here My son got a burn on his hand in the dining room And they didn't even have an ointment to ease the burning The food menu is so basic and tasteless At every position there are huge queues that simply give up waiting

Don't waste your time and money. Terribly old hotel, all the furniture in the rooms was swollen, old, broken. We had 2 rooms, so in one the shower does not work well due to age and scale. The children's water playground does not work, all broken. the slides open at the wrong time and close ahead of time. Bars Doesn’t work even to a minimum. Only in the cinema you could get drinks and beer on the 2nd day, the only bar that worked in the Cinema and they said there was no beer, all-inclusive but there was nothing. Reviews screwed up

I don't know where to start when you pay a hotel more expensive than the rent you expect to get really good service. It was two years ago with my husband and it was fine and we wanted a little nostalgia
When we entered the room I was shocked by the cleanliness, which was substandard, shower on the face, everything is dirty, cleaning workers on the face are playing, they don't understand Hebrew, they have to call the reception several times to get an ashtray. I didn't understand why I had to pay a thousand shekels more for a 7-month-old baby who doesn't eat in the dining room, got a bed with blood stains on it and a perforated bathtub even though we were told that the insurance for her is 50 shekels per day. And with all this not enough, a guest wanted to fight with us about an elevator because he thought there would be no room for him. The icing on the cake is the level of the food is horrible, salads are not fresh, substandard meat, the last day I got food poisoning. In conclusion, very disappointed, do not recommend a second and last time

I do not recommend this hotel if you have known the coral beach, it has nothing to do with it. At the bar in the show room it smelt of sewage coming up, there were few places around the swimming pool. The pool toilets were not clean. On the other hand, a very friendly welcome with cotton candy, drinks, cakes and activities for children on Sunday. Very canteen-like meal

Beachfront property with direct access to the Dead Sea, it also has a private pool. Very crowded, especially with families. All inclusive club formula. It would need a general refresh. Fairly basic room. Very kind staff. We stopped only one night on the way to Eilat.

My wife and I booked a long week-end in march 2023. The fact that the hotel is aged and services not quite as advertised could be overlooked as it is not uncommon. However the hotel overcharged us compared to the deal that was advertised online when we booked the hotel! We have Screenshot and emails as proofs, but none of the staff was helpful and management simply ignores emails and phone calls. Do not trust a venue that scams through falls advertising and does not take customer complains with substantive claims seriously. Stay away!!

The hotel is not clean. They don't clean the rooms and the areas. .Disgusting It was hard to find something tasty to eat. It was not my first time there but will be probably the last time.............
