I loved my stay! The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable, providing free water and nice coffee in the mornings. The suite was beautiful and very spacious. We had some issues with the curtains opening the first day, but the staff quickly addressed our issues. We were also able to store luggage before check-in and after check-out with no issues. The area the hotel is in is definitely not the nicest area of Eilat. It felt safe enough, but I wouldn't necessarily want to walk around alone as a female in that area. It's really close to the bus station though, which is convenient if you are traveling via bus. It's about a 20 minute walk from the beach and the boardwalk at the center of the town. There are buses that go quite close to the hotel though. All in all, I would stay again!

We stayed there during the incidents last Saturday (Oct 7 2023). They were super kind with us, allowing us to stay 2 more nights than originally planned as we were not able to drive to Tel Aviv. We appreciate how they managed to bring some calm in such a terrible situation. We’ll never forget the gesture.

You have to walk through a crowded restaurant to find the checkin. The room controls are difficult to understand and don't work properly. The receptionist came to our room and asked for our remote control without explanation or return.

Hôtel réservé pour une journée de transition (premier stop en Israël en provenance de Jordanie). Le personnel de l’hôtel est agréable et aidant. Petit déjeuner servi à table. Excellente boulangerie française (Stéphanie) une rue plus loin où vous pouvez déjeuner, je vous recommande !
L’hôtel est éloigné du centre ville mais tout de même accessible à pied, le quartier est sans intérêt. La ville d’Eilat ne présente aucun intérêt sauf pour les plongeurs.
Le prix des hôtels étaient exorbitants, celui-ci était le plus accessible mais le rapport qualité n’y était pas.
Ne perdez pas votre temps à Eilat, si vous venez de Jordanie, prenez votre location de voiture et filez !
