Boutique Hotel St. Georg

The location was uphill of the train station so when dragging your suitcase, you get a workout. However it is very close to the amazing Kloster Einsiedeln and a number of restaurants etc that really makes up for that. The room was small and very cosy - as the ceiling is quite low, but I liked that. The bed was a single but a decent size. There is a "set" airconditioning where there is air con, but there is no control so the room is a plesant temperature but if you want it cooler, there is no option for that.

Staff is so friendly, especially the dining staff. I had a single room that, while on the small size, was absolutely perfect. Sleeping with the window open and enjoying the clean fresh air was my best sleep in weeks.

This is a good economic choice for Einsiedeln. Breakfast was quite good with locally sourced food.

Excellent hotel close to cathedral. Room was clean. Location is excellent. Staff friendly. Lots of places for coffee or meals very close by.

Very well located hotel in a beautiful and quaint Swiss town. Room simple but functional. Would be nice to have glasses for water and maybe some shampoo and conditioner.

Nice hotel with sauna in centre of Einsiedeln Greatly located hotel in the centre of Einsiedeln, just few steps away from the abbey. Having the chance to rest in a sauna in the evening was a true gem. Room as such was small but cosy, though without any view and window was opening into an alley with some kitchen exhausts that were fairly noisy. It was also funny to find out that the floor in some area was a little inclined. Next door's coffee roastery was a great bonus!
