I arrived in the evening and was bombarded with stories at check-in that didn't interest me at all. Then my booking didn't exist. Then it did. Later I went into town and came back. And I was pestered again about whether I had booked another room. There was no apology! What am I supposed to do with 2 rooms as 1 traveler? Next time I will place more value on service and book somewhere else.

Das Zimmer war modern und für 2 Übernachtungen vollkommen ausreichend. Es war sehr sauber und ruhig gelegen. Zugang war durch eine Pin gewährleistet, hinter dem Hotel liegt ein großer Parkplatz der auch nur zum be- und entladen genutzt werden kann. Gerne wieder!

Ich wollte eine Stornierung bestätigen lassen. Er konnte nichts finden oder wollte irgendwann keine Auskunft mehr geben. Als ich nach der Information fragte, ob meine E-Mail angekommen sei, sagte er, ich solle nicht frech sein und dass ihm das Hotel gehöre und dass ich definitiv nur ein Schweißer sei, der sechsmal weniger verdient als er... Ich habe dann aufgelegt. Ich besuche das Hotel wöchentlich seit ca. 2 Monaten. Bisher eigentlich gute Erfahrungen gemacht aber so muss ich nicht mit mir reden lassen! Auch wenn es „nur“ ein zwei Sterne Hotel ist, muss man nicht so abwertend mit seinen Gästen umgehen! Auch wenn man "nur" Handwerker ist...

Well located hotel. Easy access to the center. Very clean and modern. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are parking spaces directly behind the hotel at reasonable prices. We would definitely stay here again.
