The biggest issue is the wifi it's terrible half the time doesn't work and when it does is super slow. I stayed at several hotels across Ghana and yes Wifi is not always great but I found this to be one of the worst and for being a hotel in Kumasi that was unacceptable. Service was hit or miss. Food sometimes took a long time even for Ghana where food takes a while overall. Some staff were super friendly and helpful some where not. There's some leeway since we are still in COVID times, but this place could be so much better. I also went into the pool once, it was not super clean and staff would give me dirty looks while I was in there (not sure why) and there are no towels for guests.

We stayed in the newer part of the hotel, adjacent to the original building which houses the reception and dining areas. The bed was the most uncomfortable I have slept in, ever - it was very hard! Other than that the room was clean with the usual facilities available. As other reviewers have mentioned, the wifi was flaky and on one occasion the lift was out of order. Breakfast was difficult as a vegetarian, with no butter available for toast. Similarly, milk was hard to come by at breakfast, and coffee was just instant. Evening meals had to be pre-ordered or took around 45 minutes to arrive. We didn't use the pool as it did not look very clean but the small bar by the pool was a pleasant area to sit in the evening.
