Perfect hotel for a first stop in Majorca, close to the airport. Reception 24 hours a day so you can arrive late in the evening, very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room, soundproofed and air conditioning for hot periods; In short, I recommend this establishment

First, you can get there from the airport by bus in about 10-15 minutes. The stop is "El Arenal" and is right outside the door. Great WiFi, even German TV, definitely book breakfast (super tasty), pool is cleaned daily, beach less than 10 minutes walk, staff are extremely friendly and help with finding excursions or printing out QR/test forms. Bathrooms are very high quality and clean. Towels, soaps and shampoo are all provided. Don't be blinded by "only" three stars. We will definitely spend our vacation here again.

Terrible hotel. Dirty they don't change the sheets and they clean poorly, stained duvets, the toilet you had to pray that every time you sat down it didn't come off the wall. No fridge, dustbin and telephone in the room. Very late breakfast and on the sheet and verbally they tell you that you can take it away if you leave before the start of breakfast but in fact it doesn't happen and they don't give you anything. No communication between the staff they tried to make us pay the tourist tax 2 times.

This hotel will rip you off if they possible can. The manager - name of Andrea - thinks it is quite amusing to do this. Do not stay here. He will take one booking, and take double money from another booking if you cannot make it because their system, via *********** bumped the booking from one date to another. No class. I've never left a bad online review before, but there's always a first time, and the Hotel Fenix is it.

Very good location - 5min walk to the beach (uphill on the way back), bus stops to Palma and the airport next to the hotel, few restaurants and shops close by Clean room, nice balcony. The only negative is that you could hear the sounds from the next room, doors shutting etc so if you are a light sleeper it might not be place for you. Breakfast - good variety of food. I was greeted with the smile by all breakfast team :) Overall I enjoyed my stay 😌 thank you!

Warm and very kind receptionist, spacious, comfortable, air-conditioned room and decent bathroom, generous and high-quality breakfast, good value for money. I highly recommend.

Great service from the entire team! Very clean and well-structured hotel. I loved the fact that there was a microwave and a small pantry so we could prepare some meals. Fantastic room, comfortable, fragrant. Spectacular bathroom. We were very well served. The location is also very good. Close to the market, restaurants and the beach. Also great in terms of viewpoints — you can easily walk there!

Very pleasantly surprised at the quality of this hotel considering how reasonably priced our stay was (around £24 each per night) Friendly staff Everywhere very clean and modern. Lovely, bigger than usual room overlooking the pool with very comfortable bed and modern bathroom with large shower. Nice semicircular balcony with seating Optional breakfast at 9euro was very good too - everything you could want We would thoroughly recommend Hotel Fenix

Very Clean , staff very helpful, the owner speak more than 4 language , and not expensive. First we been greeted by the owner , speak very good English Italian and French . Quick check In in 10 mnt we been already in our Room . In the room, everything smelled fresh, and the room was with a balcony , TV , and air conditioning . We booked via B&B , nice location not expensive and very good breakfast with just 9€ Eat as you like . The beach was 5 mnt walking , and just in corner very good restaurants . I did get amazing time there and definitely I will be back .
