Hôtel parfait pour une 1ère étape Majorque, proche aéroport. Réception 24h sur 24h donc possibilité d’arriver tard le soir, personnel très gentil et avenant. Chambre tout confort ,insonorisé et climatisation pour période chaude; Bref je recommande cet établissement

Zunächst kommt man mit dem Bus in etwa 10-15 min. vom Flughafen an. Haltestelle ist „El Arenal“ und direkt vor der Tür. Top Wlan, sogar deutsches TV, Frühstück definitiv dazu buchen (super Lecker), Pool wird täglich gereinigt, Strand keine 10 min. zu Fuß, Personal übelst freundlich und helfen bei der Suche von Ausflügen oder ausdrucken von QR-/Testformularen. Badezimmer sehr hochwertig und reinlich. Handtücher, Seifen und Shampoo wurde alles gestellt. Nicht blenden lassen von „nur“ drei Sternen. Hier werden wir definitiv nochmal unseren Urlaub verbringen.

Hotel pessimo. Sporco non cambiano le lenzuola e puliscono male, piumoni macchiati, il water bisognava pregare che ogni volta che ci si sedeva non si staccasse dal muro. Nessun frigo, pattumiera e telefono in camera. Colazione tardissimo e nel foglio e a voce ti dicono che la puoi portar via nel caso in cui parti prima dell’inizio della colazione ma in effetti non avviene e non ti danno nulla. Nessuna comunicazione tra lo staff hanno cercato di farci pagare la tassa turistica 2 volte.

This hotel will rip you off if they possible can. The manager - name of Andrea - thinks it is quite amusing to do this. Do not stay here. He will take one booking, and take double money from another booking if you cannot make it because their system, via *********** bumped the booking from one date to another. No class. I've never left a bad online review before, but there's always a first time, and the Hotel Fenix is it.

Very good location - 5min walk to the beach (uphill on the way back), bus stops to Palma and the airport next to the hotel, few restaurants and shops close by Clean room, nice balcony. The only negative is that you could hear the sounds from the next room, doors shutting etc so if you are a light sleeper it might not be place for you. Breakfast - good variety of food. I was greeted with the smile by all breakfast team :) Overall I enjoyed my stay 😌 thank you!

Réceptionniste chaleureux et très gentil, chambre spacieuse, confortable, climatisée et salle de bain correct, petit déjeuner copieux et qualitatif, bon rapport qualité/prix. Je recommande vivement.

Ótimo atendimento por parte de toda a equipe! Hotel muito limpo e bem estruturado. Adorei o fato de haver microondas e uma pequena copa para podermos preparar algumas refeições. Quarto fantástico, confortável, cheiroso. Banheiro espetacular. Ficamos muito bem servidas. A localização é também muito boa. Próxima de mercado, restaurantes e da praia. Ótima também com relação aos miradouros — dá facilmente para ir caminhando!

Very pleasantly surprised at the quality of this hotel considering how reasonably priced our stay was (around £24 each per night) Friendly staff Everywhere very clean and modern. Lovely, bigger than usual room overlooking the pool with very comfortable bed and modern bathroom with large shower. Nice semicircular balcony with seating Optional breakfast at 9euro was very good too - everything you could want We would thoroughly recommend Hotel Fenix

Very Clean , staff very helpful, the owner speak more than 4 language , and not expensive. First we been greeted by the owner , speak very good English Italian and French . Quick check In in 10 mnt we been already in our Room . In the room, everything smelled fresh, and the room was with a balcony , TV , and air conditioning . We booked via B&B , nice location not expensive and very good breakfast with just 9€ Eat as you like . The beach was 5 mnt walking , and just in corner very good restaurants . I did get amazing time there and definitely I will be back .
