Ich war bereits zwei Mal mit Junggesellenabschied-Gruppen in diesem Hotel. Es ist nichts besonderes, teils in die Jahre gekommen aber zu diesem Preis einfach zu empfehlen (70 € pro Nacht inklusive Frühstück). Man ist nicht weit weg vom Meer und zum Ballermann 6 sind es nur ca 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß. Dadurch sind in dem Hotel wenig Sauftouristen.

El animador es genial, es una maravilla, me encantó. La animación y baile por la noche no ha podido ser mejor, bailábamos mucho... El personal de recepción y de cocina y camareros estupendos. En recepción menos un hombre mayor que desconocía cosas, los demás super preparados, atentos, serviciales... Limpieza suelo habitación escasa, avisamos y limpiaron mejor.

Hemos estado diez días en este hotel, con el Imserso.El estado del hotel deja mucho que desear. A modo de resumen, en la habitación no funcionaba el aire acondicionado, una puerta del armario rota, media bañera ( especialmente para tener algún resbalón, especialmente las personas mayores), para acceder al cuarto de baño,hay que subir un pequeño peldaño ( especialmente para pegar un pequeño tropezón ),………etc, etc …y que decir de la historia de los ascensores,….viejos, algunos funcionan,…otros no funcionan..Hay que esperar bastante tiempo para poder coger uno de ellos,….ya que son claramente insuficientes.. Desconozco las razones por las que el Imserso ha elegido este hotel.

Lamentable. Hemos estado de turismo con Imserso. Habitaciones pequeñas, mal cuidadas, con humedades, baño para solo una persona, servicios especialmente malos, 4 maquinas de cafe y no funciona ninguna, 2 maquinas de zumo para mas de 150 personas y dias sin funcionar, comida mala y mal gestionada para los turnos. Hemos comido todos los dias fuera del hotel. 4 ascensores y solo funcionan 2 en los 8 dias, el ascensor de bajada al comedor sin funcionar, personas con limitacion no pueden bajar a comer ni cenar. Nada recomendable. Llevabamos una medicacion que necesitaba nevera y la dejaron en una nevera sin ningun cuidado y sin revision, cuando la recogimos estaba totalmente mojada y sin frio. Un desastre, este hotel nobse puede recomendar ni a los enemigos. Que pena que Imserso no se preocupe de supervisar estas cosas

Estoy alojadaenhotel abana y estoy muy contenta del trato muy bueno la Comida muy buena él trato muy especial y los animadore muy agradables y los camareros superiores y las de la limpieza muy limpias en total todo muy bien esperamos volver muy pronto las excursiones muy bien.quitando qué todos los dé la excursión de velvet estábamos mucha gente imposible pasar todos juntos moderación de personas o separación de grupos sobretodo un saludo pará Ray y su compañero
