Good hotel right on the promenade in El Arenal. Rooms are big enough. Breakfast buffet is plentiful and good. I would go back to this hotel anytime.
Only small drawback: there is only one elevator, although the hotel really has a lot of rooms.

Generally acceptable, but the cleanliness could be improved, the walls and furniture were worn, the bathroom was not in the best conditions and it smelled strange, but for the price it is "understandable". The location is good, the breakfast they include is very varied and very good.

Good location, the beach is just across the road. Lots of stores, suppermarkets, restaurants nearby hotel. A2 Express bus from airport to hotel one way €5, only 1 mins walk from stop to hotel. Breakfast and dinner are with reasonable choices, good enough to make you full but not quite tasty. Plenty of fresh fruits which is awesome. Seaview from hotel restaurants and rooftop pool is lovely.

Bardzo fajny hotel w świetnej lokalizacji. Pokoje są dość skromne, brak polskich a nawet angielskich kanałów więc jeśli ktoś nie toleruje języka niemieckiego to niech nawet nie bierze pilota z recepcji (10€ kaucji). Pokoje sprzątane codziennie wraz z wymiana ręczników. Brak lodówki. Wielkim minusem całego obiektu jest dość uciążliwa akustyka miejsca, słychać wszystko co dzieje się w pokojach dookoła a także na górze i dole, dodatkowo spory ruch i darcie ryja przez pijanych Niemców na ulicy o 3:00 rano może wam zniszczyć wyjazd. Jedzenie dobre, dość zróżnicowane, codziennie inna tematyka (lokalne, Azja, hiszpańskie itd.)

Had a classic good beach break with beer and tapas. Plus points……. Two minutes to the beach, clean, accessible hotel, young interesting location. Bars, good tapas and small plate menu’s in most bars. Free Wi-Fi, also hired bikes and killed our legs on a marathon cycle, excellent. Looking to go again late summer.
