The girl at check in, was very polite and informative. The harbour, beach, shops and resterants are all within easy reach, breakfast variety was more than enough. The only downfall i found was some level of noise coming from the other quests rooms, "would be nice if some people had an awarness of how much noise they are creating! Apon reading the reviews of the hotel i was really sceptical about staying, "but for money its a great little hotel and has everything you need, thats if you dont mind walls being quite thin!

Wir haben für einen spontanen Trip nach Mallorca dieses Hotel, mitten in El Arenal, gebucht. Da wir eher einen entspannten Strandurlaub und keinen Partyurlaub machen wollten, hatten wir Angst vor Lautstärke, Ballermanntouristen und Saufeskapaden. Natürlich muss jedem klar sein, dass diese Region in Palma bekannt ist für die Nachtszene und den Partytourismus, deshalb finde ich Rezensionen in denen dies bemängelt wird persönlich nicht nachvollziehbar.
Für uns war es eine schöne Überraschung, dass das Hotel super zentral war, das Zimmer groß mit Balkon und sauber, die Klima funktionierte top und die Lautstärke war vollkommen okay. Das Frühstück war lecker und vielseitig, für 10€ richtig gut mit Getränken und Kaffee und einer großen Auswahl. Der Pool ist gross und sauber, das Gelände viel schöner als es auf den Bildern zu vermuten ist.
Wir sind von dem Hotel begeistert und würden es als einfache Option jederzeit wieder machen - Preis-Leistung stimmen.
fußläufig ist neben dem el arenal Strand - der okay aber schon sehr jugendlich ist, mit vielen Strandverkäuferinnen etc, - ein toller Strand zu dem viele Einheimische gehen mit Strandbar!

The pool and the garden were really nice. Sadly it only opens from 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The breakfast buffet was also very good. It was always well maintained and there was something for every western taste. The staff was also very friendly.
- Chargin € 3.- per day for the use of Wifi and € 20 - for the safety deposit box. What can I say?!
I bought a local sim card for € 5.- for a month including 6 GB.
- the last negative point has nothing to do directly with the hotel but with the kind of guests who stay there. Many of them arrive between 2 and 6 a.m. and make a lot of noise, slam the doors, knock at their friends doors and talk loudly in the corridor not considering other guests who are sleeping. Maybe a kind reminder at the front desk and inside the rooms would help a little bit.
For this last 3 reasons I wouldn't go back there.
