The cleanliness and the customer service overall was very very poor if I would have seen the room before I had booked it I would not have gotten it. Their breakfast is a sack lunch they told us that the deposit for our dogs was $20 towhen I went to go get my deposit back they did not give it to me they said that it was rent for my dogs.One morning I turned in all my bedding we return back at night and I did not have any bedding when I called the front desk he said he did not have the laundry key sorry that I had to wait until the next day so needless to say that night I had no bedding on my bed. The room was cleaner when I left it than it was when I got there

I don’t know why this property gets so many bad reviews. I stayed at the property during Thanksgiving week. It was my first time visiting San Diego.
The hotel is a bit dated but the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and the free WiFi and cable TV were convenient.
I had an issue with the card access to my room but Danny resolved the issue by switching me to another room.
I’d definitely book again. If you’re budget conscious, book your San Diego stay here.

Literally the worst hotel room I’ve ever stayed at in my travelling life. I’ve stayed at some poor hotels while travelling but this one tops the lot. Strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room. A terrible smell in the room that can only be described as cat wee, gab and go breakfast terrible. And it’s $118 a night. Madness. Wall stinking, floors stinking, bathroom stinking. Luckily I was travelling on my own. If I was with my misses I think she would’ve walked out.

Room was very dirty. Significant mold in the shower. Laminate floors hadn't been mopped in a long time - feet were black after walking on them. Large stains and scuff marks on the doors and walls, especially next to the front door where something dark brown had been smeared on the wall and had run down to the floor. Also very noisy, music and people out of their rooms talking loudly until well past midnight.
