Great location great rooms a great customer service nice patio where you go outside Denny's is right across street

The service was excellent! The housekeeper did not come to my room- looks like they came while I was asleep, then I left my room at around 11am, and returned to my room at around 4pm, and my room wasn't clean (this happens all week during my stay). The floor had some "water" damage and could feel it when walking on it. The shower head was too high, but the mirror was too low (I'm 6ft tall). There was some damage to the bathtub. Even though the curtains are blackout, and it's still too bright, so I had to use thumbtacks to secure the back of the curtains to the sill and it worked really well. The bed was pretty good, but 4 standard (small) pillows for a king-sized bed? I killed about 8 bugs during my stay. I did not try the breakfast as they offered free breakfast because I was asleep. Could extend a little later time maybe 10:30ish. The location was pretty good- in between everywhere. Will I want to stay there again, maybe, depending on the room rates.

No hot water for the shower . Toilet wouldn’t flush. Found a dead bug in the wall. Tv didn’t work. Bed was uncomfortable, felt like the mattress was on top of a cabinet. The middle of the bed caved in. Room smelled like cigarettes. Homeless people knocking on the door. Breakfast was worse , out of everything. Felt like a convenience store items. But the staff (lady at check in/lady working breakfast was awesome)

We arrived checked in with hesitation and went to our room. The door had space top and bottom, the bathroom was filthy, the room smelled of mold. The kitchenette was cracked the only sink is right inside the open door. We didn't stay and demanded a refund. The person at the front desk was apologetic and very friendly, but we couldn't stay.

The staff tried to help, but when you are given a room with no working tv, no curtains, 1/2 the blind panels missing, and a king bed on a full frame. I didn’t feel safe being in that room. It was supposed to be a breakfast included. Only had waffles, no coffee, no butter, and it was at the hotel next door.

I was not able to watch tv and if I did I had to unplug microwave and the mini refrigerator. I could charge my cellular phone plugs weren’t working.

The ac unit on 210 do not work property ….fron desk person not kind, not friendly ,even tho polite or educated….first room they gave on think 109 smell bad (cigarette) and I stay on room 210 and the noise of the workers early in the morning was very inconsiderate

Is ok but for breakfast coffee maker doesn’t work we have to get on the lobby and then don’t have water we have to wait and the bring only some bottles and is no enough the breakfast is poor

Room was badly maintained. Two lights didn’t work, electrical socket was not secured to the wall, couldn’t adjust the temperature of the shower (hot/cold tap just spun around and around), fridge made a loud humming noise, fly screen door was off the rails, a/c unit worked but looked badly damaged. I also saw a cockroach in the breakfast area. Terrible. We booked 3 days but only stayed two.

Not what I expected. It has that old building smell to it. One of the window screen outside looks like someone tried getting in. The door in the bathroom is broken. The bathtub is flighty. The floor around the toilet has stains that could have been removed but it’s as if they didn’t bother cleaning it. The beds are very squeaky. The deposit is $100 and hoping they do give it back

Sink not working shower didn’t had a handle. Had to buy plier to make it work after speaking to front desk. She had no books available will never stay here EVER AGAIN.

If you are alone tired and need a quick one nighter, it is great. A tad over priced I would say.

We didn’t have hot water in the shower, just old furniture but not a bad stay if you just want a night or 2

This property looks as though it's in the process of transition. Not sure if they are remodeling but they need to do a thorough pest control sweep as there were roaches. If the cleaning crew failed to notice them and failed to notify the manger the guest will. I told the morning staff member about the problem in the morning. I have yet to receive a call back about my stay.
