説是露台酒店，其實沒有陽台，但是酒店很舒服，如果要找熱鬧地方就不要來，面朝阿根廷胡，風很大，酒店沒什麼人吃飯，但是牛排很不錯，其實不要去小鎮上吃

非常熱情的前台小夥子，熱心指導我們在網上購買冰川公園門票（西班牙語確實有點難），使我們開車進公園時節省了排隊時間。
儘管住宿的第二晚經歷了電網停電故障，但很快在半小時左右就恢復了。在窗前欣賞着從冰川國家公園流淌下來的、湖綠色的阿根廷湖和天空中被強風捲成圈圈的雲，彷彿又回到了八年前的南極……

Lovely hotel, comfortable beds with plenty of hot shower. The location is gorgeous facing the lake, although outside of town but they do organise a free shuttle three times an evening to take you to the centre and you just pay for your cab back, which is really nice. The highlight was the breakfast buffet which had so many options,everything was fresh and tasty.

It was a nice hotel, with a high quality breakfast. It is located quite far from the city center (about 45 minutes walking, 8 minutes driving)... which has its benefits of being quiet and away from the harriness of the tourists in the city.

Franco was super helpful!!! he carried all of our heavy luggage upstairs and fixed up our room. He even found me a can opener. He went above and beyond what would be expected and our stay was wonderful. The breakfast was buffet and had many options. The beds were comfortable in the rooms were very clean. I highly recommend this property.

O hotel está num local privilegiado, com vista para o Lago Argentino. Café da manhã diversificado e gostoso. Pessoal solicito e acolhedor, o hotel tem três horarios de taxi gratuito para levar os hospedes que desejarem ir para o centro, a volta fica por conta do hospede. Muito limpo e arrumado.
