the walls are as thin as paper. you can hear everyone at all times of the night. we tried to switch rooms but still heard just as loud noises from the new room to which we returned back to our original room to try to get some sleep. you can hear snoring and talking from each room next to you. if i known this ahead of time i would've never booked here! this has ruined our vacation and will make sure to not recommend this property to anyone coming to El Calafate. the snoring and talking you can hear through earplugs. the kitchen and dining hall are too close and dinner hours are a nightmare as you hear everyone and even the silverware being used. they need to address this ASAP.

Excelente hotel e inmejorable atención . Personal calificado y amable , buen servicio y muy buena comodidad de las habitaciones . Precio promedio para dos : aproximadamente 100 USD x noche . Cuenta con Gym , piscina climatizada, lobby muy amplio , recepción 24 horas y buen servicio de restaurante , con muy ricos platos y precios razonables. Destaco la atención de Walter y de Valeria en recepción, así como su buena disposición a informar al huésped. Me hicieron sentir en casa . También destaco a Rodrigo , mozo del restaurante , quien siempre se mostró atento y competente. Felicitaciones

Hotel excelente. Desde nuestra llegada que nos atendieron de 10. Habitación, restaurante, lobby ,piscina,spa no tienen desperdicio. Las personas que trabajan en sus distintas ramas son divinas,nunca una cara mala todo lo contrario. La pasamos con mi Sra. muy bien. Muchísimas gracias por todo.

Un hotel excelente. Reservamos directamente con el hotel para asegurarnos la habitación que quería, la cual ersa amplia cómoda con una bañera con hidro de muy buen nivel, buena calefaccion, cama, almohadas , limpieza ,en fin super contentos. Algunas veces comimos en el restaurant y otras en la habitación x el cansancio. Gerónimo me preparaba unos tragos muy buenos y un trato muy cálido. La piscina grande hay que avisar x los cambios de temperatura el tema del agua que esté caliente xq se viene de las excursiones con frío. Desayuno muy bueno. Muy buen precio x un excelente hotel. El centro esta a un par de cuadras pero un remis no es nada caro x sino no quieren caminar. Destaco precio calidad!
