Buen vista de la bahía Pésimo estado de conservación y mantenimiento edilicio. Lo mismo aplica a la higiene general del hotel. Atención espartana y servicios escasos comparado con similares hoteles en el Calafate. Muy alejado del centro por lo que dependes de transporte por lo menos para visitar el centro. El servicio de wifi no tiene cobertura en todo el hotel.

This hotel is a bit out of town, but has a good shuttle bus to get you there and back, as long as you can negotiate the booking service. the hotel is pleasant, the rooms clean, and have lovely views over the lake. The pool and spa area were really nice & staff there helpful; the pool was open till quite late, so nice to have a swim as the sun was going down. Breakfast selection was good, and I had an enjoyable meal on my first evening stay.

Excelente hotel, en un entorno muy lindo. Muy confortables las habitaciones, como asi tambien los espacios comunes. Maravillosa vista desde la habitacion. Desayuno muy completo, y buena atencion de parte del personal. Como esta alejado del centro tiene servicio de traslado cada una hora. Muy buena estadia. Super recomendable

Un auténtico desastre. Viejo y sin renovación alguna. Mal situado, muy lejos de la población. Dispone de un servicio de tranfer pero muy insuficiente. Ruido tremendo en la habitación por algún aparato de instalaciones del hotel. La almohada y el colchón igual de viejos que el edificio, se hunden y son muy incómodos. El personal de recepción es desagradable rozando la mala educación. Una botella de agua de 500 cc en el minibar cuesta 6.100 pesos, unas 60 veces más que en un supermercado, por establecer una comparación. Los platos del desayuno son más pequeños que platos de postre, no caben dos tostadas de pan de molde. En la ducha no hay gel, tienes que utilizar una pastillita del jabón de manos. Los precios del restaurante tan abusivos como los del minibar. Es decir, viejo, personal (no todo) desagradable, mal ubicado, racanean con todo y precios desorbitados. A evitar.

Amazing setting, decent breakfast, nice pools, helpful staff
Dinner was terrible. Slow & not clear what was included on menu or from server. Food was only warm & not tasty.

Fántastico !!!!!La vista al Lago Argentino es magestuosa. Muy recomendable esta lejos del centro comercial pero te lleva y te trae el transfers.Tiene dos piletas climatizadas con vista al lago.El desayuno muy bueno,100% recomendable.
