It’s a fair price but you’re paying for what you get as the saying goes. Below average Wi-Fi, stained towels, noisy you can hear everything in hallways and neighbors. The water in the shower goes in and out while using it (you pray it comes back on after lathering up lol) The worst was I stayed another night and payed the property and they supposedly don’t have card payment so I had to walk an hr to find a place to get cash to pay. C’mon now you have to have card payment in 2023! Also told they didn’t have more rooms for more nights when clearly it was half empty…. For a little more money you can find a better property.

Although it was cheap and clean, attention and service must improve. Basic breakfast and no alternative without tac or other orders. Very basic but it happens to be a service less than a hostel. The location is not bad. But currently Wi-Fi service is basic. Essential for current times, necessary for remote work and adolescent entertainment. That service is very bad

This is detailed in the presentation, which is already very dubious: color TV. 21" cable. Only a few channels. Safe: Non-existent in the occupied room. Mini Spa with hydromassages, sauna and Finnish shower: Non-existent, I only found out when I saw the details of the hotel. Own restaurant: Closed Bar 24 hours: Non-existent 24-hour Room Service: Non-existent Continental Breakfast: is it because it is served on the continent? Unpresentable. Coffee, milk, tea. Common bread toast, sweet that you didn't know what it was, the butter cut into 1 cm cubes. , undrinkable sachet juice, hard croissants, inedible puddings and pasta frola, fruit salad floating in liquid. In any inn on a remote route they serve you better. And the worst thing is that the day we arrived we paid $5,000 for this breakfast person. There is no hot water for complimentary mate, they charge $500 for the thermos and only cash. To open the window you had to juggle to draw the curtain and then fight to lock the lock. Outlets: 1 behind a nightstand and another behind the television, which had to be lifted to be able to use. In a double room they only left us 2 towels and 1 shampoo, so we had to go down to claim the hand towels, is it so difficult to leave them before knowing that there are 2 people? The day we left they didn't let us use a kind of elevator/lift because it was very early and it was very noisy, so we had to take all our suitcases down the stairs.

A terrible experience. We arrived and had to leave our suitcases in front of anyone in sight and reach. When we entered the room we had to ask for hand towels, otherwise they won't give them to you. The "breakfast" was more than basic, impossible to consume! Hard, inedible croissants. A juice with so much coloring that you don't dare to try it and it was stingy, you had to ask for everything you wanted to consume. One rainy day they did not have towels to replace, they brought 2 wet, undried towels to the room, when there were 3 of us and we could not bathe after a long excursion. They charge you $500 to heat up a thermos of water for mate. Everything is a disaster!
