Quartos confortáveis, atendimento excelente, café da manhã bem tradicional, com variedades na medida (sem extravagâncias que só servem para encher as mesas). Our room (111) was at the end of a hall, and facing Lago Argentino, so it was quiet and had a stunning view of the lake. Staff were kind and helpful, especially Maximilliano. The shuttle into town is a great convenience and the pool is particularly welcome after a day trekking or climbing. Not sure why the dining room was so empty, but the bar/lounge was perfect for no-fuss snacks or a quick meal.

O hotel em si é muito bonito, a vista do lado de fora no geral é linda, atendimento e simpatia dos funcionários são otimos e a comida muito saborosa do restaurante. Mas tem alguns pontos que não sao favoráveis, como o cafe da manhã aonde são servidos dia sim e dia não sempre as mesmas coisas, Tem muito mosquito, dentro e dora do quarto, na área do café, no bar , no hall e até na piscina(spa).
Um ponto muito desfavorável pra quem viaja com os filhos são as posições dos quartos . Quando chegamos no hotel solicitei a mudança do quarto, pois gostariamos de ficar com a vista pro lago, pois meu quarto tinha vista pra um arbusto. A recepção nos disseram que pra acomodar 3 pessoas eles tem quartos somente nessa posição do arbusto . O que e lamentável, pois havia muitos quartos vazios e não acredito que fosse difícil nos acomodar em um com vista melhor.

The hotel is impressive, the rooms are super large. We stayed in a triple and these only have a view to the side of the hotel. The bathroom is very complete with all the amenities. They left us a chocolate for each one. Very large beds. The spa had a gym, sauna and heated indoor and outdoor pool with a beautiful view of the Lake. In the room each one had their robe and slippers. The breakfast buffet is very complete and the place where it is served has an incredible view. The girls at the reception were very attentive.

We stayed here for one night during our holiday. Reception staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. The room was very nice, with all the usual amenities. The shop in the foyer is small and very expensive. The food in the restaurant was good, and the tango dancers were a very welcome surprise. However, we found the service rather intimidating. I am a slow eater, but we were approached at least 6 times by staff asking if we were finished, and snatching plates away, when we were clearly still eating. We didn’t find dinner a relaxing experience. The restaurant was only half full, so it’s not like they needed the table. Aside from that, a nice hotel which we would use again.
