Our room (111) was at the end of a hall, and facing Lago Argentino, so it was quiet and had a stunning view of the lake. Staff were kind and helpful, especially Maximilliano. The shuttle into town is a great convenience and the pool is particularly welcome after a day trekking or climbing. Not sure why the dining room was so empty, but the bar/lounge was perfect for no-fuss snacks or a quick meal.

Los empleados muy amables, el cuarto esta mal mantenido, el televisor es minimo, tiene solo 10 canales ( malos) y mala señal en vez de poder sintonizar el canal del calafate directo con las maravillas vistas de este lugar ( este canal se ve en el bar) El desayuno puede mejor, el gimnasio muy chico y pocos materiales El balo tiene el mármol partido

O hotel em si é muito bonito, a vista do lado de fora no geral é linda, atendimento e simpatia dos funcionários são otimos e a comida muito saborosa do restaurante. Mas tem alguns pontos que não sao favoráveis, como o cafe da manhã aonde são servidos dia sim e dia não sempre as mesmas coisas, Tem muito mosquito, dentro e dora do quarto, na área do café, no bar , no hall e até na piscina(spa).
Um ponto muito desfavorável pra quem viaja com os filhos são as posições dos quartos . Quando chegamos no hotel solicitei a mudança do quarto, pois gostariamos de ficar com a vista pro lago, pois meu quarto tinha vista pra um arbusto. A recepção nos disseram que pra acomodar 3 pessoas eles tem quartos somente nessa posição do arbusto . O que e lamentável, pois havia muitos quartos vazios e não acredito que fosse difícil nos acomodar em um com vista melhor.

El hotel es impresionante, las habitaciones super grandes. Nos alojamos en una triple y estas sólo están con vista al costado del hotel. El baño muy completo con todos los amenities. Nos dejaron un bombón para cada uno. Las camas muy grandes. El spa tenia gimnasio, sauna y pileta climatizada interna y externa con una bella vista al Lago. En la pieza cada uno tenia su bata y chinelas. El desayuno buffet muy completo y el lugar donde lo sirven tiene una vista increíble. Las chicas de recepción muy atentas.

We stayed here for one night during our holiday. Reception staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. The room was very nice, with all the usual amenities. The shop in the foyer is small and very expensive. The food in the restaurant was good, and the tango dancers were a very welcome surprise. However, we found the service rather intimidating. I am a slow eater, but we were approached at least 6 times by staff asking if we were finished, and snatching plates away, when we were clearly still eating. We didn’t find dinner a relaxing experience. The restaurant was only half full, so it’s not like they needed the table. Aside from that, a nice hotel which we would use again.

Not 5 Star maybe 3. Checkin not very smooth. Stayed in Presidential Suite and had to walk to Lobby to get “free” Ecodriendly water.
