Estuvimos con mi mujer en este lugar dese el 18/3 al 23/3/2024. Adjunto 3 fotos. Realmente fue una experiencia bastante mala. En la cabaña que nos asignaron ya desde la 1ra noche notamos un intenso olor a cloaca. Al 3er día en la mañana se inundó por completo (brotaba agua de la rejilla del baño) toda la cabaña, lo que nos obligó a levantar nuestras pertenencia para tratar de salvar lo que se pueda. Evidentemente el mantenimiento y destapación de cañerías del lugar es lamentable. No se hicieron cargo del problema y el propietario se negó a ofrecer siquiera una compensación por el trastorno y las pertenencias dañadas. Lo único que rescato es la buena atención del empleado (colombiano) que está al frente del lugar. No vayan !! De seguro van a conseguir otros lugares, cuando menos aceptables, por el mismo dinero.

Exelente el servido muy amables y correctos lo único que justo llegamos en un momento que se cerró el resto por problemas personales y no lo pudimos conocer. El tema del desayuno dice continental pero no tiene por ejemplo nada de proteína como tampoco jogurt o frutas. Así y todo bastante bien. El resto todo impecable.

Estuvimos alojados mi familia en febrero para la fiesta del lago y la verdad que nos encanto el lugar a todos, lo super recomiendo, la atencion es muy buena, siempre muy atentos todos; tiene un restaurante que tiene una vista super linda del lago y la comida que preparan es exelente 100/10, todo riquisimos sobre todo los sorrentinos de cordero y el bife de chorizo, la chef una genia. El desayuno te lo llevan a la cabaña, es super completo todo, aparte en el alojamiento hay varios gatitos, hermosos todos y para nosotros mas porq amamos los gatos; y tiene un jardin lleno de plantas y flores hermosas, la verdad todo precioso lo super recomiendo no es un alojamiento centrico pero no esta tan lejos aparte podes ir caminando que es seguro y los dias que nos toco aconpañaron mucho asi q disfrutamos la caminata tambien 😊. Recomendable y volveria otra vez si vuelvo a calafate!

The grounds are beautiful, bursting with flowers that are clearly well tended to. Room itself has nice charm and a beautiful view of the lake. We arrived extremely late due to a flight delay, but we were met by a member of their staff who drove to the hotel after midnight to check us in. They also reached out to arrange our airport pickup, which was really appreciated. Staff was incredibly nice and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast delivery is to your door the night before, nice touch. We walked into town in about 30 minutes using the low road by the riverside, which we enjoyed. My only complaint is that the water sometimes worked in our unit, and sometimes didn’t come out of the taps at all. We didn’t bring this to the attention of the staff so I’m not sure if there was anything they could do to fix it.

This property is 2 or 3 kms away from shops and restaurants in El Calafate so not convenient without a car or other transportation. We had a small suite, patio in front, kitchen on the main floor, bedroom upstairs not suitable if you have mobility problems. Our rate included breakfast, left in the unit the night before because we had an early departure. There is a small restaurant which we didn’t have time to try.

This place is so cute and cozy. The food is delicious. The staff is so sweet! They arranged taxi pick up and drop off from the airport. The Wi-Fi is bad toward the further away cabanas, so might not be an idea location if you have to work. The food at the restaurant is excellent! Tours also pick up from this location.
