The impeccable service, they offered us a room superior to our reservation and we were really surprised and delighted with the room, the breakfast buffet, it is not bad at all and we liked the place in general a lot. It is ideal for a romantic getaway or weekend with children, the location is perfect for visiting the surrounding areas or for a swim in beautiful beaches. Highly recommended.

Although the facilities are noticing the passage of time, they are a real past. The feeling that you are inside a town, with its square, its chapel... the sensation is incredible. Arriving at the accommodation we were diverted to another structure which according to them was better. The reason is the usual computer system that created the problem, in reality they gave the room to others who had obviously booked more days. We were too tired from traveling to do ******. We were also disappointed because the location was nice and instead we spent the night in a 4-star tower block which was worth 2 or not.

Los apartamentos son muy amplios y las vistas al mar una maravilla. El personal es muy amable. La única pega es que a pesar de tener cocina no hay nada de menaje. Hay que pedirlo a recepción, con coste, y lo que te traen es más que justo. Platos, vasos, cubiertos y una sarten. Muy justo si quieres comer o cenar en el apartamento. El desayuno buffet es muy completo y variado. La cena fatal, buffet escaso y comida nada agradable, picante, con salsas, nada para niños...

It is a very nice beautifull place and the hotel are helpfull and friendly. I highly recommend it. But… because it is a location with height differences, it is less suitable for people with a physical disability.

We booked into this hotel for our son and daughter in laws wedding on the 2nd of April this year. It had been booked for a year with promises the hotel would have a full make over before the wedding. What a sorry state of repair it was in. We booked Royal Suite Two. We got taken to our Suite only to find work men working in it, they left, with the room looking like it had not been cleaned. There was sign of refurbishment like we were promised. The patio area had no sign of being cleaned. No cutlery or even a kettle in the room until we went and complained. We stayed in the same hotel last year to see if it was suitable for the wedding and had no complaints apart from the need of refurbishment which we were assured would be completed but this clearly hadn’t even been started. Breakfast was cold every morning even after complaints, wouldn’t recommend going here.

La vue des chambres avec terrasse sur la mer est magique et le petit déjeuner parfait. Néanmoins notre chambre était vraiment vieillotte ( je reconnais que sur les photos ca semble chouette mais la réalité est autre ) et l'insonorisation est inexistante. Cela génère donc beaucoup de nuisance sonore puisque l'on entend les gens parler dehors, les voisins du dessus marcher ... La climatisation qui était allumée à notre arrivée dysfonctionnait et envoyait un air très chaud. Nous avons du changer du chambre. Le réceptionniste nous avait précisé qu'en cas de besoin nous pouvions appelé le 9. Mais le gag c'est qu'il n'y avait pas de téléphones dans les chambres. L'hôtel propose un parking payant à l'intérieur du site. Je conseille vraiment d'avoir un véhicule car il n'y a rien à proximité
