Beautiful place. Were there off season. No reception, check-in through an automat which unfortunately didn't work. Had to call Spanish number and the person spoke English and was very helpful. Cosy fireplace in the lobby. Snacks and coffee in vending machine. Shopping and restaurants in nearby (5 mins by car).

The manager doesn't answer the phone, so if you have an emergency you could die, he doesn't show his face, everything is through a machine, you ask for a superior room, and he gives you the one with the dwarfs, no air conditioning, no hair dryer , without refrigerator... A disaster

They did not answer the telephone service. It was impossible to find the hotel, since the address indicated on the page was not correct. Tried calling and for an hour the phone was busy. In the end I had to book a room on my own at another hotel. Awful

We liked the shared kitchen and common spaces. Didn’t like the posting was not accurate and stated a fitness center which was not a thing.

The hotel was totally isolated and without a receptionist. Check in is with a machine.
You can hear everything between rooms.
The road to get there is very bad.

We couldn't gain access as their self check-in system didn't recognize our Spanish identity. There was not a single member of staff around, called the telephone number given for assistance, to no avail. We had to abort our stay, as this is so remote, no one around to help. Reported to the hotel and ***********. However they have charged us for 2 rooms and are refusing to give us a refund. Can only say don't go here, unless you know that they have staff on duty. The whole hotel looked like it was closed for winter. Disgusting attitude towards a genuine customer with a genuine problem. Do yourselves a favour, don't book a stay hete

Hotel in a very quiet location between Castalla and Ibi. The rooms are simple but they are more than enough to spend one night. We couldn't see any of the staff since check-in is done with a machine. We didn't try breakfast or wifi so we can't comment.

The place had its glory days and both the buildings and the surroundings are very beautiful. Upon arrival, we had the feeling that it was a deserted place and we were in the wrong place. Everything is automated. There is a lack of love and the feeling of abandonment is very present. Unlike other fully automated hotels we have been to, at least they should have made an effort to have a more welcoming check-in area instead of a simple check-in machine at the front door... The room was fine, but with a strong cigarette smell, which we reported about upon arrival, but decided to stay in the room anyway. We were also informed that the restaurant was closed too late for changing to another place. Not our cup of tea...
