We stayed at Paradise Surf Hotel and had a mostly pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, especially at check-in — they even allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated. The restaurant food was also very good.
The only issue we had was losing both water and power during my shower, and it lasted for over an hour. When we asked the front desk, we were told this happens daily. It would be helpful if guests were informed about this at check-in so they can plan around it.
Overall, a good stay with kind staff, but I hope they improve communication about outages for a better guest experience.

Hey everyone,
Just wanted to share how much we loved our stay! The views were absolutely breathtaking – seriously, picture-postcard perfect. And the staff? So friendly and helpful, they really made our trip special. We also had some delicious meals at the restaurant; the food was fantastic and the prices were very reasonable. We had such a relaxing and enjoyable time, thanks so much!
