Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham El Dorado

Overall satisfied with our stay. the room was big, clean and comfortable. It looked to be recently renovated at least partially. The bed was comfy, shower hot, and bathroom large. Breakfast was minimal.

Great staff, would recommend staying.

The staff were all personable and professional. This was our second stay and we will stay here next time we visit family in El Dorado.

Didn’t even check in, asked the 3rd party reservation place for a refund! They refuse service animals with documentation and laugh at epilepsy! It was all recorded on my sisters cell phone after the rude receptionists started belittling disabilities! The verbal rude remarks and laughter at seizures! The Holiday Inn Express right next door took the service animal documents and gave no issues! They were amazing all the way after a tearful experience with this place! When we reserved the hotel it was service animal friendly but absolutely not true and they use a third party to book and then say they have nothing to do with that pretty sure it’s a side scam! Very rude and unprofessional staff!

I needed the room because my water/sewer was frozen at my home. I got the room for my 33 yo daughter and her kids so they could have showers and be ready for school, she is also a teacher at the local elementary school. At check in I kept being asked how many would be in the room even though this was on the reservation. I confirmed 4. We got into the room and the phone rang, the desk proceeded to tell me there was 5 people in the room. I told them I was not staying only helping get them set into room. The people at the desk just didn’t believe that only 4 would be in the room, I said I would have one of the kids stay in the hallway until I left but they insisted that was not okay. Things got heated so I gathered everything up and left the hotel. Worst experience I ever had at a hotel. I won’t be staying at a Wyndham hotel again.

Staff was rude didn’t respect privacy they went in rooms with do not disturb signs on doors and went through my co workers stuff will not stay even if it’s free breakfast was stale milk was spoiled bread was hard rooms stank like Arab nasty place don’t recommend

The king suite we rented was great! Huge room with full size refrigerator and stove. Nice bathroom and excellent bed. My only complaint would be the breakfast. Waffles, cereal, pastries......sugar/carbs. They did have fresh fruit.

Over all a good place to stay
